Join Us
We are actively seeking talented and passionate postdoctoral researchers, as well as graduate and undergraduate students, who share our interest in decoding genetic and epigenetic mechanisms of human aging and age-related diseases. Our lab operates at the intersection of computational (dry) biology and molecular (wet) biology, and we encourage trainees to engage in research that leverages both of these technologies. Join us in our quest to unravel the mysteries of aging and disease!
Postdoctoral Associate of Molecular Biology
Qualified candidates for the postdoctoral position must hold a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and relevant biological sciences. Prior experience in gene editing and mouse studies is encouraged.
Postdoctoral Associate of Computational Biology
Qualified candidates for the postdoctoral position must hold a Ph.D. in Computational Biology and relevant genome sciences. Prior experience in GWAS, Epigenomics, and Single-cell Omics is encouraged.
Graduate and Undergraduate Students
Prospective graduate students interested in joining the lab should apply directly to Ph.D. program: Biomedical Genetics and Genomics at University of Rochester. Rotation positions are available. Undergraduate students who want to work with us should know some programming basics.
